●Poster will be displayed in the Booth Exhibition room on the 3rd floor during the conference.
●Accepted posters need to be presented at the assigned session time and venue, which will be noticed individually.
●Preparing Poster
- Language: English (only)
- Poster size (ONE Page only)
> Posters should be laid out in portrait style. The dimensions of the poster should be 90cm wide by 150cm high to fit the poster board.

Abstract Submission Guideline

●Final Call for Late-breaking Abstracts
The KJUC abstract portal will remain open until September 30.

●Language: English
●Suggested construction: Background-Objective-Method-Result-Conclusion
●Limitations
(1) Make the title concise and accurate so that the entire content can be captured all at once.
(2) Your abstract word count should NOT exceed 500 words.
●Presenter: The presenting author's name should be underlined.

Abstract Submission Modification

●Abstract corrections are NOT possible after the deadline.
●How to change :
Go to the Modification Page and enter using your registered e-mail address.
●Abstracts may be published as submitted; i.e. any errors in the submitted abstract will appear in the published abstract book.
There will be no correction made by the secretariat.

●언어: 영어 또는 한국어
●구성: 배경-목적-방법-결과-결론
●제한 사항
(1) 전체 내용이 한 번에 캡처될 수 있도록 제목을 간결하고 정확하게 작성합니다.
(2) 제목은 국문 30자 / 영문 60자로 제한합니다.
(3) 본문은 국문 1,000자 / 영문 2,000자 이내로 구성합니다.
(4) 참고문헌은 학회지 투고규정에 따라 작성하시고 2개까지 허용됩니다.
(5) 첨부 파일: 2개 이하의 그림 또는 표 (파일 형식: gif, jpg); (ex) 피규어 2개/ 테이블 2개/ 피규어 1개 & 테이블 1개.
(6) 이미 게재된 초록은 접수하지 않습니다.
(7) 소속 및 저자는 글자 수 제한이 없으나 소속 및 과명은 가급적 줄여서 기재하여 주십시오.
(8) 색인단어는 Index Medicus를 토대로 작성하고 5개 이내로 기입하여 주십시오.
●초록을 2편 이상 접수해주시는 분께서는 발표자 성함 뒤에 숫자를 기입하여 초록을 구분해 주시기 바랍니다. (ex) 박성은1, 박성은2.

초록 수정

●초록접수 마감일 이후에는 초록 수정이 불가능합니다.
●변경 방법 :
Modification 페이지로 이동한 후 이메일 주소를 기입하여 페이지에 접속합니다.
●사무국이 임의로 수정은 하지 않으며, 제출된 초록은 원본 그대로 출력되므로, 유의하여 접수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

포스터 전시 안내

●포스터는 학회 기간 동안 3층 부스 전시실에 전시됩니다.
●채택된 포스터는 배정된 세션 시간과 장소에서 발표되어야 하며, 개별적으로 공지될 예정입니다.
●포스터 준비
- 언어: 영어 (필수)
- 포스터 크기 (한 페이지만)
> 포스터는 세로형으로 구성해야 하며, 포스터 보드에 맞도록 90cm 너비, 150cm 높이로 제작해야 합니다.
